I’m someone who has experienced the struggle with being overweight. From the time I was very young, my weight problem has plagued me. As I grew into adulthood, this issue only worsened and I never thought there was any solution to it.

I was, of course, a bit cynical about hypnosis when it was offered as a possible treatment.
