A Healthy Digestive System is my Goal
One of the things that I am ashamed of most in my life is my digestive system. It has been plagued over the last few years with a number of conditions and I have decided to take a more proactive approach on my digestive health.
I won’t get into any of the details regarding the problems and conditions that I have suffered from poor digestive health, but needless to say my future wasn’t looking so bright. If things didn’t improve during the course of the next year, chances are I would need surgery or die.
Since death isn’t a very exciting option for me (I am sure it really isn’t for anyone), I have decided to make a healthy digestive system my goal for the next year. I have been doing some research into possible supplements that may help me out such as spirulina, chlorella and barley grass.
I have a lot more reading to do, but I think that I will succeed at my goal. It will just take time.
