Stocking Up the Kitchen
One of the most important things for me is that I have quality cookware to cook with. You see, I was a cook a number of years ago and I learned the value of having quality tools to create some of the dishes that I make each day for supper.
Quality cookware doesn’t necessarily mean the most expensive. A good example of quality paired with a good price would be the All Clad cookware that I use each day. These pots and pans are made of high quality materials, and they help me to create good dishes without spending a lot of money.
I also highly value the Shun knives that I use to slice and dice food for supper. They are some of the sharpest knives ever made which guarantees that I can cut uniform slices of almost any vegetable and meat that I am using.
I will be moving in a couple of weeks and I need to restock the kitchen as I have sold all of my old cookware. It will be a delight to cook with new pots and utensils again.
