Smart Questions from Grandma!

When my grandma recently had a water filtration sales rep come out to her house to explain their product and services, she asked some really good questions that surprised me. I had no idea that she was that “with it” when it came to dealing with salesmen!

The first thing she asked about the water softener system that she was seriously considering was “how often to the filters need replaced and what does that cost? Not only for the filter, but for the labor too?”

Then she asked how long their product was expected to last and if that had been tested and could the rep provide documentation? You go grandma! He actually impressed us with answers that were firm and backed up what he knew.

Then she wanted to know how long it took to put in the system from the time she paid or placed the order, and if installation was guaranteed. The last question she asked him was, if there are problems, who do I call and are they available all the time or just during business hours.

In the end, she bought a system and has been really happy with the service, product and her new softer and cleaner water.
