Getting Ready for Business
I recently entered a joint venture partnership with a close friend of mine. The idea was to find an investment property or business that we could own that would give us better returns than our retirement savings.
Now, it took a couple of months to find the business that we were going to invest in, but when we found it, I knew that we had a winner.
We purchased a hotel in a small town that was a little run down, but made good money. We thought that we could inject a little money into it, spruce it up, and make it the most classy place to stay in town.
Thankfully we are almost done the project, and it looks great. All we are waiting for is the carpet cleaning Exeter company to finish the last couple of rooms, and we will be ready to reopen. I am so excited to see what the reaction of our guests will be - I hope they love it!
