A Faerie Wedding?
I saw recently some photos of a faerie wedding where the bride and bridesmaids were all dressed as fairy folk. It was beautiful!
I myself had a rather untraditional wedding ceremony where everyone dressed in Renaissance garb. The men like buccaneers and women as ladies and common wenches. My husband wore a rough hewn kilt and wore a sword at his side as did all the wedding party who made a sword bridge for us to walk under when the ceremony was over.
It was great fun and made for some great photos also. I think you should do whatever speaks to both of you as a bride and groom at the time you get married. I wouldn’t do another wedding like it but I’m also not married to that man any longer.
Who knows, maybe the next wedding will be while sky diving at twenty thousand feet! I wonder how you say your vows while in free fall?
