Chatting With my Hosting Support

There is nothing more that I hate than having a website that is down.  When the website is down, I don’t make any money, and I just don’t care for that.

So, when it comes to a site being down, I am not too happy.  But, I know that I can go talk to someone on customer support and get a response.  Usually the customer support is very helpful and can get your problem resolved quickly.

This just happened to me the other day when my hosting went down.  I promptly contacted my asp.net web hosting support department, and I was greeted by the help desk clerk who was happy to listen to what my problem was and dealt with it promptly.

I am so happy that these companies have live support - otherwise, I don’t know what I would do.
