Ready to Venture Away from Home
I think it was about 10 years ago that my husband and I started investing in properties and houses to rent out for profit. We now own several of them and the rental revenue that we make from them more than pays any of our expenses for the month.
This prompted us into looking at making our property investing a little bit bigger and we decided to look into overseas property investment. We thought it would be great to own some condos on several different resorts to rent out by the week to tourists.
We have not taken the plunge yet but we have got several leads on several different places that we are willing to invest. We basically want to get together with our accountant before them make any decisions. Once we get the okay from him, we will get the ball rolling and start buying our tropical paradises.
