Come and Work for Me
I pride myself on being someone who is easy to get along with. I have been told by several of my employees that they enjoy working for me because I am easy going and also still very professional. This makes me feel good, as I do not want to be known as the person that nobody wants to work for.
I like to give my employees incentives for doing a good job and I think that most of them are happy to be there. I am always looking for new business opportunities so that I can provide more people with jobs. I have people coming to me and looking for jobs everyday and it makes me feel bad when I have no openings available to them.
I think that I will always continue to look for new ways to hire new employees, as well as keep the ones I have very happy.
