Contributing My Own Credit Card Review
I’m especially happy with the way the Internet has evolved. I love the fact that it is a medium where anyone can submit their reviews and opinions about any product or service that they have experienced. I like to think of the Internet as a buying guide of sorts, highlighting the best products and warning the consumer about the bad ones.
I had an opportunity to participate in this open review process today at a credit card reviews website. You see, it recently ordered two HSBC Bank credit cards for myself and my business and I wanted to share my experiences so far.
Without repeating the review here, I shared my positive experiences as well is the one little hiccup that I had with the company. I also shared a glowing review of the telephone customer service and how they helped me resolve the problems that I had.
I think from now on, I am going to make more of an effort to participate in the global review community so that I can share my experiences and learn from others.
