"Sounds" Like a Good Deal to Me

I have been shopping around for a few days now for a new cell phone.  I can remember years ago that there were few options available, and it was a lot easier to pick one out.  Now, there are phones that play music, let you take pictures, and do pretty much everything else that a computer can do - but that fits in your pocket.

I didn’t really need any of the features that most of the sales people were trying to sell me on.  I just really wanted a phone that looked nice, worked well, and was trouble free.  At least that is what I thought I wanted, until one sales clerk showed me the available Sprint ringtones that were available if I were to signup with them.

"You can download ringtones?"

It’s alright to laugh.  It was all that the clerk could do to stop himself from laughing at me, but if you don’t know, you don’t know, right?  He showed me a couple of other places where I could get some MP3 ringtones for my phone, and I was sure to write them down.

In the end, that sales clerk sold me a phone.  The simple reason is this:

It sounded like a good deal to me.
