Funny Job Offer
While I was vacationing in Europe with my parents, after high school graduation, I was offered a job to work for as a cheap car hire France employee. This was so amusing to me. I was wondering if they were always trying to hire out of country workers and if it was a big scam or not.
The funniest part was that I was offered the same job to work as a cheap car hire Spain employee. Was it me, or did they offer this to everyone? My parents and I had a good laugh over me not going to college so I could be a cheap taxi driver in Europe.
I did a little bit of enquiring and I found out the there is a real shortage of cheap car hire employees all over Europe and that, as long as you were not blind, they would try to persuade you to come and work for them. Tempting? Not really. I think that I will stick with going to college and getting my degree. I’ve always pictured myself as more of a bus driver anyway.
