Last month, I purchased my very first item in an Internet store. I have to admit that I was super paranoid that it would not come or that it would come damaged. Not only that, but I was very nervous about giving my credit card information online. But, I thought I needed to get with the times, and I really wanted this particular book that I couldn’t find anywhere else.

I love bookstores and it is amazing to me to go browsing through Internet bookstores. There is so much there that one could never find anywhere else. I have fast found some favorites and I probably browse their virtual shelves every day.

I found a couple of books that were interesting to me so I added them to my shopping cart.  I also picked out a book light from their gadgets section, and added that to my cart.  I was able to pay online by credit card and all I had to do is wait for them to arrive.

I did receive the books that I had ordered and they came very quickly. I devoured the books in just a couple of days, and so, decided to try again. It was successful a second time, go figure. I am not so nervous anymore and it is a great feeling knowing that I have every book imaginable at my fingertips.
