Over the Phone Surveys

I just got off the phone with one of those companies that get views and opinions on a wide variety of topics.  The survey I just completed took about half an hour and was about my thoughts on movie theatres.

Now, I am an avid movie watcher, but when they said: "What is your opinion on the admission ticket price for a movie on a regular night?", I had to say they were not on the mark.  I didn’t feel that most movies were good enough to justify the ticket price - but that was my opinion.

Moving on though, I really don’t mind when I am allowed to share my opinions and reviews with survey companies.  I figure, if someone is paying them to do these surveys, they must care what I think, right?

Besides, if no one ever asked what you thought about things, would we really enjoy what was offered to us in terms of services and products?  I guess that the answer for that question would be no.
