Challenging a Seat Belt Ticket
I was looking in the yellow pages the other day to try and find a good NYC traffic violation attorney. I am in the process of trying to fight a seat belt ticket that I do not think I deserved. The car was not moving when I received the ticket and there is no way that they can prove I was going to drive before putting it on.

I had no luck there, so I decided to look under Bronx traffic violation lawyers, as that is where I live and can make a meeting there if I need to. I finally found one that agreed to represent me, and he even thought I had a good chance of winning.
