Thankful For My Job
I have a friend who is currently attending an online business academy. She is doing very well and enjoying it immensely. The reason she is going the online route is because she is a single mother and thought she would save herself a lot of daycare money by doing her schooling from home.
I, however, am jealous of her being able to sit at the computer and write essays in her pajamas, while I have to wake up early to head into the office. The funny thing is that, when her course is complete, she will be doing the exact same thing as I am.
I guess we can write insurance reviews together. It is boring and tedious, but it is a paycheck and I know that there are plenty of worse jobs out there. I am actually pretty thankful to have the job that I do.
Sometimes, I get to do store reviews and I actually get to leave the office and do some field work. That is the best part of the job by far. It is like getting paid to shop and I love it.
