Two Leaders in the South African Real Estate Market
I was looking online today to find leaders in real estate that are outside my country. I am familiar with the major real estate companies that are here in Canada, but I wanted to take a look somewhere different for a change to see the similarities and differences elsewhere.
I did come up with a country at the other end of the globe and around the world from me: South Africa. I just figured this would be a country that would be about as far away as you could get from my home. My reasoning for this is their real estate market should be much different than my own, right?
Well I wasn’t sure what the answer would be. I looked online to find two major real estate companies in South Africa. I figured I could get all the answers I needed there. So I checked out two of the premier real estate companies Pam Golding International and Seeff Properties.
What I found astonished me. Man do they have some nice properties there. That aside, except for different architectural styles, their market is much like our own here. I also looked into the property that had the best returns in the market and am preparing a presentation for some of my friends that are into investment properties. I am hoping to get into a joint venture with them and increase my passive income.
